Offset R/B channels for chromatic fringing

Color on screen is made of red, green and blue stacked perfectly on top of each other. Nudge them apart and you get that prismatic fringe along edges — the ‘chromatic aberration’ of cheap lenses and glitchy video. It reads as energy and a touch of malfunction.
