Shallow depth-of-field blur with blooming bokeh highlights
Fakes a camera's shallow depth of field: one region stays sharp — a centred subject or a horizontal band — and everything else softens the further it drifts from focus. Bright spots swell into the round, glowing discs photographers call bokeh.
