A primitive or a ready-made model — as authored, or in glass, mirror or matcap
A real 3D object rendered live — sphere, torus, a knot — that you can make of glass or mirror. Glass bends the light passing through it (refraction) and mirror bounces the surroundings back; both are why these forms feel weighty and physical rather than like flat clip-art.
