Mesh Gradient
A few colours melting into one another as soft, drifting patches — the silky mesh-gradient look
A few colours, each sitting at its own spot in the frame, melting softly into one another — the silky look of a freeform gradient, where a normal gradient only runs along a line or a ring. Each colour wanders slowly around its place, Distortion bends the borders between them into flowing shapes, Swirl stirs them round the middle, and a fine grain keeps the smooth blends from banding in an exported video.
I. Made with Mesh Gradient
Nobody has published a piece with Mesh Gradient yet.
II. Everything else
- 3D Model — A primitive or a ready-made model — as authored, or in glass, mirror or matcap
- Background — Solid colour or gradient backdrop — the gradient can drift, warp and repeat
- Dot Grid — A field of dots — circles, squares, diamonds or triangles — still, orbiting or breathing
- Image — Upload a picture or an SVG as a layer, or pick one of 72 built-in shapes; position, scale and rotate it
- Shape — A flat rectangle, circle, or polygon with adjustable design params
- Text — Editable text with Google fonts; replicate, move and rotate
- Video — Play a muted, looping video clip as a layer; position, scale and rotate it
