Swells the layers below outward from a point, or squeezes them in

A round glass laid on one spot of the picture: inside its radius everything swells outward, the way a magnifier sitting on a page enlarges the words under it. Turn the amount negative and it works the other way, squeezing that spot inward like a thumbprint pressed into wet paint. The rim fades out gradually, so the swell blends into the untouched image instead of cutting a hole in it.
